A reply letter with a reservation offer is usually sent by email within three working days. The total amount or, if applicable, the deposit amount as well as our account details can be found in the reservation offer.<\/li><li>The prices are based on the current price list.<\/li><li>A reservation offer expires if the total amount or the deposit amount is not received in our account <strong>within 3 working days<\/strong> after receipt of the offer. If an amount is credited to our account within three days of receipt of the offer, the reservation is automatically valid. We confirm receipt of payment by email. Please identify yourself when registering.<\/li><li>Remaining amounts are to be paid in cash on site. There is no debit card terminal on site.<\/li><li>By making a reservation, you and your fellow travelers accept our <a href=\"http:\/\/anna-fleuth.de\/ueber_uns\/platzregeln\/\" data-type=\"ueber_uns\" data-id=\"4501\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">site rules<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/anna-fleuth.de\/hygiene-regeln\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3645\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hygiene rules<\/a> currently required in connection with the Corona pandemic.<\/li><li>Cancellation is possible until <strong>four weeks<\/strong> before the date of arrival. Amounts already paid will be refunded minus an expense allowance of 10% of the total price, but at least 10\u20ac. If you cancel within four weeks before the arrival date, amounts already paid will not be refunded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary.<\/li><li>If <strong>we have<\/strong> to cancel a reservation, you will be refunded the total amount.<\/li><li>If <strong>we have<\/strong> to cancel a reservation due to force majeure (pandemic, storm damage, war,..), you will receive a voucher for the current and the following season. A refund is not possible.<\/li><li>Arrival is usually possible between 4 and 7 pm. Departure must be by 11 a.m.<\/li><li>Earlier arrival (in the morning between 10 and 11 am) or later departure in the afternoon (until 5 pm) are possible by arrangement. We charge an additional half night in these cases.<\/li><li>Please contact us if your arrival time is significantly delayed or you are unable to come.
