Reservation conditions

In order for a reservation of services at the Anna Fleuth campsite to be satisfactory for our guests and us, the following conditions apply :

The following services and offers can be reserved for a certain period of time: number of people, number of tent pitches, family tents for rent.
A non-binding reservation request can be sent to us using the online form , by email, by telephone or in person. A reply letter with a reservation offer is usually sent by email within three working days. The total amount or, if applicable, the deposit amount as well as our account details can be found in the reservation offer.
The prices are based on the current price list.
A reservation offer expires if the total amount or the deposit amount is not received in our account within 3 working days after receipt of the offer. If an amount is credited to our account within three days of receipt of the offer, the reservation is automatically valid. We confirm receipt of payment by email. Please identify yourself when registering.
Remaining amounts are to be paid in cash on site. There is no debit card terminal on site.
By making a reservation, you and your fellow travelers accept our site rules and the hygiene rules currently required in connection with the Corona pandemic.
Cancellation is possible until four weeks before the date of arrival. Amounts already paid will be refunded minus an expense allowance of 10% of the total price, but at least 10€. If you cancel within four weeks before the arrival date, amounts already paid will not be refunded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary.
If we have to cancel a reservation, you will be refunded the total amount.
If we have to cancel a reservation due to force majeure (pandemic, storm damage, war,..), you will receive a voucher for the current and the following season. A refund is not possible.
Arrival is usually possible between 4 and 7 pm. Departure must be by 11 a.m.
Earlier arrival (in the morning between 10 and 11 am) or later departure in the afternoon (until 5 pm) are possible by arrangement. We charge an additional half night in these cases.
Please contact us if your arrival time is significantly delayed or you are unable to come. If we do not hear from you, your pitch will become available the following day and can be assigned to someone else.

We spent one night there during a bike trip. I think the place is designed for walkers and bikers with some nice bike racks. The place is very nice with lots of covered seating outside seating. The whole place has a lot of charm. It's basic and with everything you need at the same place. It's very calm but at the same time o my all away from a supermarket. We were almost alone during our stay which made the place a bit Erie !
